Lead Pastor – Justin Leininger
Pastor Justin is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, husband, and father. He is dedicated to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ by the means of three keys to his ministry: Relationships, Family, and Cultural Relevancy.
Justin married his wife, Julie, in 2004. Both are graduates of Houghton College – Julie has a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy. They have three children – Stella (5), Seth (2), and Sawyer (born June 16, 2015).
Justin was ordained in the Wesleyan Church in 2006. He has had two previous appointments before coming to North Collins Wesleyan – 2004-2008 as Assistant Pastor at Pine Grove Wesleyan Church and 2008-2015 as Pastor of Family Ministries at Bethany Wesleyan Church. He was named the 2013 Youth Pastor of the Year by Houghton College.
Justin and his family are excited to be here in Western New York – they know God has great things in store through the ministries of North Collins Wesleyan Church!
Office Manager – Michele Valentine
In 2000 I graduated from Alfred State College with my Associates Degree in Administrative Assistant.
Since then I have been an Administrative Assistant to the Owner and Vice President of Operations at RAM Forest Products in Shinglehouse, PA. After working there for 3 years, I left there seeking a more challenging job that had room for growth. I began working at Adelphia/Time Warner Cable as a Customer Service Representative. I held many positions there, all of which were appointed to me via Managers and Supervisors. Most recently I was a Sales Assistant at Baillie Lumber Company for four years, were I started as a Receptionist and was promoted to Sales Assistant to one of the bigger Salesmen there.
In April of 2009 I met Joe here at North Collins Wesleyan Church at a spaghetti dinner. When he asked me to marry him in 2010 my boys and I relocated to Mt. Morris and I became a stay at home mom to three amazing kids. Dylan (11), Derek(9) and Emily (4).
We have since relocated back to this area. Shortly after coming back, our boys asked to be baptized here. It seems as though God has been leading us here and you have all welcomed us with open arms. We are excited to be here, and I am excited to be your Office Manager!
